ProMatch Auto started in 2020, right in the middle of COVID. For four years we ran almost exclusively on commercial work — dealerships, fleets, volume. That background is why we operate the way we do now.
Four years of commercial work. Then we opened the doors.
For our first four years, 95% of our work came from dealerships and commercial clients. High volume, tight deadlines, zero margin for error. When a dealership hands you five cars on a Monday and needs them back by Friday, you learn to move — and you learn what actually matters on every repair.
Opening the Riverwatch shop in 2023 gave us a storefront and a chance to serve the public directly. That commercial background gives us a real edge — we're fast because the work trained us to be, and we assess damage differently. We look at the vehicle's age, condition, and value before recommending a repair path. You get honest options, not just the most expensive one.
Five people. Nobody's leaving.
Two of the crew have been here almost five years — since before the shop existed. Two more joined over two years ago. People don't stay at bad shops. They stay where the work matters and the environment is right.
We haven't scaled like the chains. That's the point. Every job gets personal attention because there's no assembly line here — just a tight crew that knows how to move.
